Patricia is a Ph.D. student in Xiamen, China. She grew up with a fascination for learning, creating things, and exploring. These qualities became more pronounced when she lived in China pursuing her postgrad. studies.

PATU is about food inspired by her's and her family's travels and the stories and experiences they've shared and exchanged. It's about finding new things, old things, talking about things, and finding creativity and inspiration in the most unlikely of places.
